These Terms govern your use of Game Demon and other software made by Altros Studios, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Game Demon, you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the product.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Game Demon for your own coaching and analysis. You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the software.
Acceptable use
When using Game Demon, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the system prompts, model weights, or backend infrastructure
- Use Game Demon to violate Counter-Strike 2's terms of service, Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC), or the rules of any other game
- Share account credentials or attempt to spoof entitlements
- Use Game Demon to harass other players (the coach is for you, not for trash-talking enemies)
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, token economy, or other usage controls
- Use Game Demon for any unlawful purpose
Pro subscription
- Billing. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Refunds for purchases made through Steam follow Steam's refund policy. For purchases made directly through Stripe, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@altrosstudios.com; refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Tokens. Token grants are governed by the in-app token economy and reset on a monthly basis. Unused tokens do not roll over.
- Price changes. We may change the price of Pro with 30 days' notice for current subscribers.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Game Demon's coaching is generated by language models. The coach can be wrong, hallucinate facts, or contradict itself. Treat coaching as a second opinion, not as definitive analysis. We don't guarantee that using Game Demon will improve your rank, win rate, or skill — and we don't take responsibility for in-game decisions you make based on the coach's output.
No warranty
Game Demon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that Game Demon will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altros Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost rank, lost matches, lost time, or wounded ego — arising from or related to your use of Game Demon. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Game Demon at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using Game Demon at any time. If we terminate your access, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g. limitation of liability, disclaimers, governing law) will survive.
Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Game Demon, you also accept that policy.
Third-party services
Game Demon depends on third-party services (Steam, Groq, Stripe, AWS, Leetify's public API). Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Game Demon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
